TOPIC: SOME COMMON AREAS OF COMPLAINTS OF WIVES
AGAINST HUSBANDS AND HUSBAND AGAINST WIVES
There is no person without complain in this world. It is
either we are complaining again God, government, others or our family members.
Sometimes it is difficult to thank God for the person that God provide for you.
As the husbands have complains against wives, so wives also have complaints
against their husband also. Know the complaints against you, you will be able
to adjust.
PART A:
- WIVES AGAINST HUSBANDS
1.
Insufficient provisions for the family(Money,
shelter, food and clothing) 1 Timothy 5:8, Genesis 3:16
2.
Insufficient attention, communication and
concern. Eph 5:19, 1 Peter 3:7-8.
3.
Lack of appreciation for the labors and
provisions made by the wife. 2 Timothy 3:1-2
4.
Leaving the disciplinary job only to the wife
1Timothy 3:4.
5.
Excessive demands for sex resulting to unwanted
pregnancies and overbearing of children. 2Tim 3:4
6.
Love for extended family members more than wife.
Genesis 2:24-28.
7.
Mistrust on wife over monetary matters and the
opposite sex relationship. 1 Peter 3:8-12.
8.
No consultation with wife before final decision.
9.
Not minding the little things that matters in a
woman’s life
10.
Not caring about the spiritual well-being of the
family.

Not caring about seasonal provisions, gifts and commitments
12.
Alcoholism and gambling if the husband is an
unbeliever.
PART B: - HUSBANDS AGAINST WIVES

Unnecessary suspicion of husbands over money

Betting with sex and lack of romantic approaches

Shielding the children from discipline

Love and care for partisan extended family

Gossip,
slander and backbiting

CONCLUSION: - If
in your marriage you discover, you are at constant war with each other instead
of loving one another, address the wicked spirit squarely together. The Bible
wants us to provoke one another to love but many are provoking one another to
